- Support hardware and software installation including system testing and troubleshooting, Must have Healthcare IT build experience. Go Live experience is not enough. · Run product demonstrations, provide on-site and off-site end! -user training and support · Work closely with physicians, nurses, clerks, and administrators to identify process improvement opportunities · Hand hold front-line staff through realization of workflow improvements · Document workflow using visio of all nursing and ancillary units that are involved in CPOE · Configure system for orders and CPOE · Lead build review of all ordersets · Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction · Must be able to travel 100% · Ability to get along with a team is mandatory · Clinical license strongly preferred.
