Job Summary:
The materials handler is responsible for receiving all equipment & supplies for the hospital, verifying receipts against the vendor's packing list and hospital purchase order, entering receipt information into the computer system, staging incoming receipts for delivery, distributing supplies to patient care areas and insuring par levels are maintained, performing routine counts and reconciling supply inventory, maintaining warehouse inventory, and other duties as assigned.
