This is a newly created position and will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home health agency in absence of the Home Health Administrator. The RN oversees personal care services provided to clients and clinical practice of agency CNAs. The Home Health servic! es primarily exist to service independent living and assisted living residents on the campus.
RN Home Health Administrator Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida with at least 1-3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of one year’s supervisory or administrative experience in home health care administration with one year of supervisory or administrative experience in health related field in Florida
- Ability to learn and apply industry best practices
- Possess excellent problem solving techniques and abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in management of fiscal and operational activities of a home health agency
