Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing Supplier Agreements
  • Supplier on-boarding (systems)
  • Liaising with key internal personnel
  • Screening Supplier Terms & Conditions to company policies
  • Procurement support
  • Data management
  • Reporting to Finance and senior Management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in contract administration
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to accomplish/complete a task with high accuracy
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in any ERP systems like Oracle, SAP is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and can operate under minimal supervision
  • Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Accountable and takes ownership of tasks that are needed to be done in a timely manner
  • Process oriented
