- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Liaise between various business functions and develop partnerships with business leaders to ensure Operations and Quality systems are aligned with business objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to build a culture of collaboration, integrity and trust
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
- Produce functional designs and requirements for business process and system enhancements
- Schedule, plan, and lead requirements gathering and review meetings. Communicate key decisions and action items
- Works with the business group global applications architect to develop long term plan and direction for operational and quality systems.
- Continuously identify operational efficiencies to increase profitability and focus on internal and external customer satisfaction
