About this opportunity
We are now looking for an Optimization Services Engineer that will be responsible for customer RAN Networks and 5G/4G KPIs, in addition to NW Tuning and audit to meet Service level agreements and KPIs. The position is applicable for RAN Optimization of RAN with Core & TX as a plus.
The role focuses on the tuning of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.
What will you do
Work on Ericsson Optimization Tools.Collected data analysis and reported infrastructure data analysis.
Performance and capacity data collection to give improvement KPIs recommendations
Capacity, performance improvement for 2G/3G /4G/5G NW
End-user quality of service optimization and deploy corrective measures to improve traffic ability performance (end-user focus).
You will bring
Having a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Telecom or equivalent, with minimum 5-10 years of experience.
Highly skilled in 5G/4G Network Optimization
Deep awareness of Ericsson Optimization Tools and Drive testing.
Good Leadership and Automation Skills.
