The Aloft Raleigh is looking for an enthusiastic Lobby Attendant to provide excellent service to our guest. The successful candidate will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service to exceed our guest expectations. The candidate will perform a combination of duties including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Vacuum, mop, and clean all public areas including bathrooms, lobbies, meeting space, guest corridors, vending areas, stairwells, landings, elevators, etc. and replenish supplies according to standards.
- Clean windows and light fixtures in common areas, replacing bulbs as needed
- Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
- Clean all exterior areas to remove trash and cobwebs
- Record and report all maintenance work order requests as identified in public areas
- Participate in deep cleaning projects
- Occasional assist with refreshing guest rooms and delivering items to guest rooms per their request
- Maintain well-stocked supplies in public bathrooms
- Consistency creates a positive guest experience.
- Cover light laundry duties to assist dept. and other duties as required by management team
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff
- Positive interpersonal skills; excellent customer service skills
- Frequently lift or carry up to 10-50lbs
- Standing or walking for long periods of time
- Work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays - PM shift needed
BONUS POTENTIAL: After the successful completion of 60 shifts worked you will be eligible for a $200 bonus!!
