What are you going to do as a Human Resources Coordinator? You’re going
to learn A LOT.
Our HR team supports clients with all phases of the employee life-cycle. You’ll become an expert on all kinds of documentation and record keeping: withholding taxes, work authorizations, employee handbooks, policy updates, unemployment forms, workers comp claims, employee scheduling, employee benefits, and staff trainings.
You’ll also act as a resource for troubleshooting and educating employees on the topics above, as well as fielding workplace complaints, monitoring attendance, enforcing health and safety regulations, welcoming new hires, and preparing for staff turnover.
We’ve found that those most successful in this role come to us with a few years of HR experience, particularly in the hospitality industry. If you’ve ever worked in a restaurant, you’ve got a head start. Handled payroll or dealt with a union? We want to talk to you!

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
