Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Director with administrative responsibilities surrounding the Working Warhawks student employment initiative, including but not limited to: posting student employee positions, creating and distributing information to student employees and supervisors, helping students complete job applications, troubleshooting AUM Jobs issues, and assisting with professional development and recognition programs for student employees.
Provide administrative assistance with employer on-campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, information sessions, Taylor Tables, and on-campus job interviews.
Assist Career Development Center team members with various career services, including Handshake administration, career advising activities, campus presentations, and job search documentation review (resumes, cover letters, etc.).
Greet visitors to the Career Development Center; obtaining appropriate registration data and directing visitors to the appropriate team member.

Assist Career Development Center team members with various career services, including Handshake administration, career advising activities, campus presentations, and job search documentation review (resumes, cover letters, etc.).
Greet visitors to the Career Development Center; obtaining appropriate registration data and directing visitors to the appropriate team member.
Assist students with various career development functions, including scheduling career advising appointments, registering and completing Handshake profiles, completing Working Warhawks job applications, and more.
Print, copy, and/or distribute promotional materials for programs, events, and activities including flyers, posters, postcards, and other materials.
Ensure print materials and resources, promotional materials, and office supplies are maintained within the CDC Office and the Student Interview Suite, reporting any replenishment needs to the Director or other CDC staff as needed.
Keep the CDC main office is clean and orderly during office operations.
Assist with the development of promotional strategies and communication efforts for Career Development Center programs, activities, and services.
Represent the CDC at on-campus events, such as orientation and Warhawk Welcome.
Assist with online content development for the Career Development Center social media accounts.
Assist Career Development Center team members with various career services, including Handshake administration, career advising activities, campus presentations, employer recruitment events, and job search documentation review (resumes, cover letters, etc.).
Assist with communication efforts into and from the Career Development Center, including the sending and receipt of physical and electronic mail, and forwarding received mail to appropriate team member.

Must be a current full-time AUM student, Sophomore-level or higher. Students in major programs related to job recruitment and selection are preferred, including Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related.
