New Medicare certified and accredited home health agency looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to help us grow the business as the Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 recent years of Medicare (OASIS) home health experience. Candidates must be highly ethical, flexible and dependable. Great customer service skills is needed. Experience with Kinnser.com is a strong plus. Position could start out as Per-Diem or Full time. Our current DON will continue to work with the agency on as needed basis. Competitive compensation and possible profit sharing opportunity.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing, licensed in the state of Florida. Evidence of adequate health status to perform duties. 1 Year supervisory experience as a registered Nurse. Demonstrates excellent problem solving techniques and abilities. Demonstrates effective knowledge of the statute and administrative rules of the Agency for Health Care Administration and the ability to ensure agency compliance with them. Ability to learn, absorb and apply professional training. Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility and effectively supervisor others .
