Assists in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment in ac! cordance with resident’s needs and facility philosophy. Develops, organizes, and administers the programs and services of the unit. Has twenty-four (24) hour responsibility for the management of the unit and seeing that the policies and procedures of the unit are carried out. Supervises nursing personnel on the unit.
