Description: NCH HealthCare is presently looking of ARNP/BEHAVIORAL HEALTH/Physician Group right now, this vacancy will be placed in Florida. Further informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below.

• Masters Degree required

The ARNP provides psychiatric services to patients in the NCH Healthcare System and who is an expert in the diagnosis and tre! atment of illness, and the delivery of evidence-based nursing. Works in collaboration with the physicians, management team, peers and staff to advance nursing and promote the development of an evidence-based professional practice environment. Works to continually improve clinical outcomes, facilitate throughput, and provide clinical expertise to effect system-wide changes to improve programs of care.
Earned Master’s degree or PhD in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum two (2) years clinical experience required in behavioral health.
Licensure as a Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida .
Certification required: Mental Hlth. Nurse Prac. or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
Maintain malpractice insurance in the amount of at least $250,000/year.
Experienced clinical expert with outs! tanding teaching skills and the ability to facilitate organiza! tional change.
This position also requires call coverage.
