Well respected skilled nursing facility! (SNF) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

" Interested candidates must have 1 years of experience (if applicable)
" Nationally recognized rehab company
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a COTA and/or registered as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant per state requirements
The role of the certified occupational therapist assistants (COTA) is to assist patients with rehabilitation and exercise activities that the occupational therapist has outlined in the treatment plan. In occupational therapy, a COTA aids patients in a number of various activities, such as:
Wheelchair activities
Energy conservation
Joint protection techniques
Occupational therapist assistants ! also provide motivation and encouragement for patients, and ca! n work in a variety of settings that includes:
Acute
Home health
Outpatient
Skilled Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
