What you'll do

In this role you will actively lead various activities to ensure overall financial performance, such as financial forecasting, budgeting, quarter end close and cost allocations.
Build and maintain a strong and trustful business partnership with business leaders in the Customer Solution Support & Innovation organization.
Work out key messages from in-depth analysis and recommend action items to the management.
Support transformation and change in respective units to achieve financial targets, identify risks, and support mitigation measures.
Support and lead projects to increase automation and simplify the processes in the Controlling as well as Customer Solution Support & Innovation environment.
Engage in preparation and financial validation of strategic and operational business cases .
Ensure transparency and compliance with financial guidelines.
Actively apply agile working methods & foster agile mindset.
What you bring
5 or more years of Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Management experience in a foreign country is an advantage- Diploma, bachelor or similar degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or Economics related studies.
- You’re known for acting as a trusted advisor and business partner
- You can cope with multiple deadlines
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table and can explain complex problems clearly
- You are comfortable presenting in front of senior management
- You are self-managed, pragmatic, reliable and have a professional working style
- You are a team player, and you consider feedback as a gift
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
