Location: Hollywood Florida

Description: Seminole Tribe of Florida is currently seeking to employ Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - Hollywood right now, this occupation will be placed in Florida. The incumbent in this position is responsible for assessing patients’ health problems and needs, developing and implementing advanced nursing care plans, educating patients and the public regarding various medical conditions and maintaining medical records. The incumbent administers advanced nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. The incumbent coordinates Home Health Care services and equipment; provides ambulatory services, c! onducts home visits and serves as patient’s advocate.
Master’s degree in Nursing Family Practice, Science or related field is required. Certification in Family Practice is required. Possession of an active, current Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) License in the State of Florida and current CPR/HIV certification is required. Prior experience performing Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) techniques and working in primary care field or setting is preferred. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Must have the ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
