We are an Arizona-based cleaning company, and our goal is to provide top-notch cleaning service to our clients.
We are looking for :
- English speaking cleaners who want to work and have reliable phone with internet access and the skills to know how to use it. If you are not good at basic technology, please do not apply. Our booking app is used for every job to track the progress of each clean and you are required to use it on the job.
- A reliable vehicle with a trunk to travel to the cleaning sites.
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies as this is an Independent Contractor opportunity. (1099)
- Good communication skills are a must.

Job details
Salary:
$18 - $25 per hour mainly doing Airbnb properties. We also have apartment properties and gym locations that may also be available for the right candidates.

Make Great Money
Our cleaners make an average of $18-25 an hour for our AirBNB, gym and apartment properties.
Fast Payouts
Payouts are processed weekly and direct deposited you your account in 5 business days every week.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of cleaning experience
- Must speak English (no exceptions on this)
- Friendly & helpful attitude toward clients
- Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance

Each applicant will be background checked nation, state, and county-wide. You must pass the screening process to be considered. You'll also need your own means of getting to and from clients' homes (on time)! Access to a smartphone and email (and internet connection at all times) is required to access important job details.
Once a cleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as soon as possible. However, we cannot provide 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs immediately. We are looking for long-term candidates who want to grow with us, provide excellent quality work and we will reward you with more work plus the opportunity of performance based bonuses.
