Customer Application Engineer [Thailand]


 

What You’ll Do

Provide technical information of Silicon Craft Product to potential customers appropriately by writing, verbal or VDO conference with supervisor or sale team.
Present highlight features compare to competitors in the market accurately.
Provide technical support for customer inquiry on any channel.
Compose technical documentation or presentation under supervision.
Categorize customer inquiry and escalate it based on supervisor instruction.
Able to execute a few assignments concurrently.
Closely Communicate with Sale team and design engineers to smooth the sale process in technical term.
Communicate with other team members or team leader in the same department properly.
Share feedback from customers to feedback product design in next iteration.
Able to learn new knowledge with guidelines from supervisor.
Able to execute continuous improvement in the team (Kaizen) based on instruction.
Other assignment

Who You Are

Knowledge in electronics circuit and software development in any language is a must.
Enthusiasm in semiconductor industrial, IT industrial or software development
Good command of English language or TOEIC score 650
Be a Lifelong learner with a business mindset.
Good analytic skill with logical thinking
Good in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point or similar software.
Able to travel to oversea.
Knowledge in Semiconductor device or electronics product manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge in Electronics circuit design and PCB design is a plus.
Knowledge in Firmware development in C language and firmware debugging using oscilloscope with mainstream MCU e.g. ARM, PIC, AVR, 8051 etc is a plus
Knowledge in PC software development in C# is a plus.
Knowledge in Mobile application development is a plus.
Knowledge in Cloud application development is a plus.
