The team you'll be part of


The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The Network Infrastructure Hardware Service Delivery organisation provides Nokia's customers with high quality repair and exchange services worldwide. The Logistics team inside the EMEA Delivery team ensures transport and warehousing operations are executed by Logistics Service Providers in the region in time at optimized cost. The multicultural team interfaces with a variety of Nokia entities and suppliers across the globe.

As part of our team you will be able to use and enhance your skills, knowledge and experience by:

  • Monitoring complex product flows to ensure timely execution
  • Trouble-shooting issues and defining optimized solutions
  • Ensuring operations are compliant with Nokia, trade and customs rules
  • Enhancing logistical process
  • Working with logistics experts and suppliers across the globe.

Your skills and experience


You have:

  • Relevant knowledge of and experience in international logistics (preferably reverse logistics) operations and processes
  • Good analysis and problem solving capabilities
  • Fluent in business English.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Supplier management experience
  • User experience with SAP material and logistics modules
  • Knowledge and/or experience in customs brokerage
  • Familiarity with (Nokia) telecommunications network equipment
  • Good MS office skills
