As the Head of Project at TRUMAN you will be responsible for leading and managing all projects undertaken by the agency. You will work closely with the CEO, senior management, and the project team to ensure that projects are successful, delivered on time, achieved goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all projects from conception to completion
Coordinate project teams and ensure that team members have the resources and support they need to deliver their work
Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their objectives and develop project proposals
Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as required
Manage relationships with external partners, and ensure that they deliver to the required standards
Ensure that project outcomes are communicated effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Work with the CEO and senior management to identify new project opportunities and develop proposals.
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting/corporates/public affairs/media/ strategic communications
Good networking skills and established relationships in the industry you work in
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate project teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects
Experience in managing budgets and financial resources
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in working with government and international organizations would be an advantage.
