- Manage all aspects of the Food Studies Programs including student academic support, program operations, faculty administration, events and communications.
- Support student activity, from admissions through graduation and/or certificate completion.
- Manage class scheduling and staffing and manage changes to course marketing materials.
- Serve as primary contact and resource for faculty, alumni and some vendors.
- Answer all program inquiries from prospective students, the media and the general public.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years related experience.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with MS Office preferred.
