SHS has an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated Home Care Coodinator.

The Home Care Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who oversees the delivery of home care services within a designated community. This position reports to the Director of Nursing and supervises professional staff and Home Health Aides within the designated community. Position cultivates excellent working relationships with community staff to maximize business for the Agency. Position has an excellent base salary, incentive bonus, plus excellent benefits such as a 401K with 6% company match, Blue Cross PPO plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:
Florida RN required. Knowledge of home care regulations and CCRC or ALF operations preferred. Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and home care software pro! grams. Excellent supervisory skills to motivate and supervise ! staff. Ability to organize and prioritize effectively to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities. Analytical and deductive reasoning skills, good judgment, problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Knowledge of federal and state laws and compliance requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage relationships with community staff personnel and other key stakeholders. Required years of experience: 2 years as an RN and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
