The department Turbine Operations Engineering (TOE) is an organization of Global Service.
Within TOE, Service Lifecycle QHSE is the governance function for operational QHSE related topics and responsible for handling and execution of global QHSE related tasks.
Service Lifecycle QHSE is responsible for the operational day to day support of the engineers, technical leads, project manager, etc. within the projects and tasks running in Operations Engineering Dept. on all QHSE related topics.
The team is located in different geographical locations and is expanding to meet the demand of a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the project quality of the projects running in operations engineering, with utilizing project understanding and knowledge e.g on PFMEA/DFMEA
- Stakeholder management with the regions and global QHSE-functions
- As part of the QSE team supporting the projects with knowledge on PRA/SPRA
- Utilize existing knowledge on electrical and mechanical components to create and review of QHSE related documentation for the service organization.
- Reviewing of documentation and work instructions from an HSE standpoint.
- Be a contributor in the continuous improvement of our processes and tools, especially in the QHSE area
- Performing of Risk Assessments with using SafeXpert to deliver Risk Assessments in accordance with ISO 12100 safety of machinery, risk and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Education as Quality and Safety Engineer or comparable education in an electrical or mechanical area with knowledge on project quality assurance
- Practical experience in project quality assurance
- Knowledge about ISO9001 (Quality Management), 45001 (Occupational health and safety management systems) and 14001 (Environmental management system) as well as knowledge about Directive 2006/42/EC (new machinery directive) would be beneficial
- Experience, skills and knowledge of project management (e.g. Prince2, VwtM, etc.) is highly appreciated
- Knowledge of documentation creation
- Knowledge of LOTO procedures and creating/reviewing of LOTO's
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Your work location is Rheine in Germany.
