Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with seniors and their families to understand their unique needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to recommend and promote our senior living solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features, amenities, and benefits of our senior living communities.
- Generate leads through proactive outbound calls, follow-up on inquiries, and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their concerns and answering their questions.
- Collaborate with our remote team and senior living communities to match potential residents with the best-fit options.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the senior living industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, with empathy and understanding for seniors and their families.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate potential customers in different time zones.
