Sales Manager Bath & Wellness KSA ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Main Objectives:
Responsibility for accomplishment of sales and profit targets in the assigned region. Secure and develop/increase distribution based on the strategies developed for the region, in terms of brand building, assortment, pricing, presence, marketing.
Main Position Tasks:
  • Achievement of all planned sales & profit targets in dealing with our distributors and project clients.
  • Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder – architects, invertors, developers, hotel chains)
  • Set up of customer target and development plans and specific actions and activities for our customers.
  • Implement the international sales & marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and build brand image.
Required Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, marketing, business or related fields.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in project & channel sales, distributors management and Project / Developers development, Retail sales management, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries.
  • Stand for corporate values, high level business ethic and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
  • Strong analysis and logical ability; quick learner/thinker, be well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure.
  • Active team player role with great communication skill.
  • Comfortable to frequent travel across the region.
  • Native speaker, excellent spoken & written English is a must.
