- This opportunity has an awesome pay progression plan of $.50 increase every 90 days up to $1 more per hour!
- After that, incentives are every 180 days! You can increase your hourly wage up to $3.50 more per hour!
We are looking for a team player who can:
- Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
- Maintain housekeeping and safety of facility by monitoring levels of trash in compactors, open-top containers, and trash line; removing and baling cardboard from trash line and reporting trash levels.
- Process merchandise and pallets by moving pallets to staging areas and put away locations using power equipment.
- Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must be fluent in English.
Shifts can change based on business needs. This is a Full-time position with fixed shifts that will be determined by management based on business availability.
- Sunday-Thursday: 9AM-6PM OR 6AM-3PM
- Monday-Friday: 9AM-6PM OR 6AM-3PM
