Job Description:
Great job at a great location with fantastic working schedule! Full time - Mon - Fri - Days
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Providing daily wound care
Skin assessments on new admissions
Ensure wound care prevention orders are in the chart
Round with wound care specialist
Completing weekly wound measurements
Complete a detailed weekly note.
Attend the weekly weight and wound meeting
Experience a must
