In this role, youll work in our fast-paced call center where youll! supervise and coordinate the activities of 10-15 Student Concierges (customer service reps) as they support our students over the phone, through email, and via online chat. Using performance metrics and student feedback, youll develop, improve, and direct operations to ensure the highest quality service. Your team will be helping launch the careers of tomorrows doctors, lawyers, nurses, entrepreneurs, and more.

Do you have at least 3 years of experience directly managing a team of people?
