RN Clinical Manager

Description: All Children's Hospital is at present looking to employ RN Clinical Manager right now, this job will be placed in Florida. Detailed specification about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. Responsible for the coordination of quality nursing care to patients and their families. Demonstrates indepth knowledge of specialty patient area. Demonstrates expertise of clinical mana! gement issues and mentors peers in decision making and problem solving. Participates in the development of other nursing professionals.
Requirements :
Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse. Bachelors degree required. FIve years of clinical experience. Demonstrates leadership skills. Physical ability to perform all essential functions of the Department Director. Must be able to perform CPR on all patients. Read/write/speak and understand English. Auditory and visual ability to assess and provide nursing care. Ability to perform physical activity, including, but not limited to, repetitive motions, feeling, grasping, fingering, (pinching, typing, handling, etc.). Lifting, pulling, pushing, walking, standing, reaching, crouching, and stooping. Ability to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, ancillary, and support staff. Ability to effectively manage within an environment of emotional and physical stress
