Current Needs: Kelly Healthcare Resources is looking for an RN â€" Registered Nurse with Lupus and Rheumato! logy expertise to review and screen patient medical records. The nurse will determine based on the medical record if patients should be contacted for further screening to participate in a clinical research study. This project will last approximately 40 hours, and is located in the Orlando, FL area.
Position Description:
- Review patient medical records using a screening form and checklist
- Input screening results into an electronic database or paper forms
- Contact patients and discuss clinical study details
- Assist clinic with scheduling patients, screening, or other administrative tasks
- Approximately 75% screening records and 25% administrative and support tasks
- Will be trained remotely utilizing web and phone conferencing
- Nurse will check in via phone or web daily
- Registered Nurse with license in good standing
- Understanding of Lupus and a! utoimmune conditions , associated labs and comorbidities !
- Medical record charting experience
- Chart Review/Audit/ Utilization review a plus
- Must have email, computer, and cell phone
