Responsibilities:
This position will perform a! wide range of HR duties within a busy team oriented setting.
Provide HR guidance regarding Company Policies and Employment Laws
Communicate with new hires to ensure all paperwork is received and processed timely
Maintain HRIS system with employee information on hires, terminations, status changes and benefits
Provide general administrative support and process employee paperwork according to established procedures
Assist employees with their general human resource and benefit questions
Enters data and maintains HRIS system including new hires, terminations, employee changes and benefit information
Collects and analyzes HR data and prepares reports
Communicate with new hires to ensure all paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner
General administrative support as needed to include filing, preparation of employee paperwork for new hires, terminated and PRN employees
Manage Leave of Absence process
Collect and analy! ze HR data and prepare reports
Conduct background checks and complete employment verifications as needed
Manage HR projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualified individuals will have a Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience
HR certification preferred
3+ years of related HR experience including a solid, current understanding of Employment Laws
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Must be highly engaged as a team player and be able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities and flow of simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
ADP and OneNote experience a plus
