Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, ( BSN ), and Master’s degree preferred. Current license as an RN in the state of Florida.

Experience: Minimum of three years nursing practice in ambulatory care, preferably in an infertility setting.

Skills: State of the art knowledge in reproductive medicine and nursing practices including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Knowledge of department and USF policies, procedures and protocols. Knowledge of medical safety practices and requirement to evaluate existing standards and implement new procedures and processes. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. Ability to educate patients and families effectively. K! nowledge of all issues related to ART including medical/surgic! al, psychosocial, ethical and legal regulatory requirements. Computer word processing and database fluency.
