UniMac commercial laundry equipment distributor has opening for enthusiastic quick learner to join our team as full-time service technician in the Montgomery, AL, Ocala,! St Pete, Ft Myers, Orlando, FL areas and Atlanta, GA.
This person will be responsible for the field maintenance services for customers such as hotels, nursing homes and jails. It is on-site maintenance/repair of washers, dryers, and related laundry room equipment and possibly occasional installation/removal of machines. Position also involves maintaining customer relations and performing other duties as required. Hours are generally 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday with limited emergency work required on occasion.
Requirements: Must have a technical background, previous commercial laundry equipment repair experience, ability to read electrical schematics and trouble-shooting abilities, a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, demonstrated mechanical skills, and their own tools. Employer will provide specialty tools. Qualified candidate will be customer oriented, have a positive attitude, and a desir! e to be a part of a growing and highly motivated service team.!
