Siemens Healthcare is seeking a Consulting Practice Director for our Professional Services organization to provide expertise and leadership nec! essary to help the clients achieve demonstrable improvements in the acquisition, development, and management of Siemens health information technology.
We are looking for a strong individual to lead, coordinate and support in the overall consulting practice management activities (P&L, customer satisfaction, growth) including strategy, tactics, talent development and management, outcomes and effectiveness analysis, integration, deployment, operation, maintenance, and training of the Siemens EDM/HIM systems.
The Consulting Practice Director for the EDM/HIM services position is responsible for directing the overall operation and success of a Professional Services portfolio that will include Siemens EDM/HIM portfolio of multiple accounts, projects and engagements.
The Consulting Practice Director for the EDM/HIM services must have savvy business and strong communication skills, strong focus on how to grow the business, how to find business opportunitie! s in the current market, and identify, grow, and retain key ta! lent on our team for improved utilization and revenue.
The Consulting Practice Director for the EDM/HIM services must have product knowledge as well as domain expertise in the area of EDM/HIM. They must have previous healthcare experience or previous experience in the implementation of document management, either as a client who has implemented an electronic medical record, or someone who has industry experience, who has worked on an EDM/HIM implementation. Additionally, the growing business need is for someone who has their RHIA certification and has knowledge about ICD-10.
Consulting experience is preferred. The Consulting Practice Director for the EDM/HIM services will be able to comfortably speak about the Siemens EDM/HIM products as well as how our products integrate with our Soarian Clinicals and Financials suite of products with customers and employees related to road mapping, current state/future state, and integration of new or existing clinical produc! ts.
The Consulting Practice Director for the EDM/HIM services will have a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction with the expectation that they will frequently travel onsite to meet with customers, align with the assigned Zone Leadership (for example Zone Vice Presidents), follow up on all customer service concerns, and act as the executive sponsors for all EDM/HIM projects at accounts in their region. The Consulting Practice Director for the EDM/HIM services will work closely with our internal product development team, Beta team, and Education Services to create a comprehensive implementation and roll out strategy and plan related to our EDM/ HIM solution.
