Job Requirements
Provides nursing assistance and personal care to all residents under the direction of nursing and medical staff, by performing the following duties:
Completes all necessary and appropriate resident care, including toileting, vital signs, repositioning, transferring, bathing & dressing.
Reports all resident concerns and changes to the nurse in charge. Must have the willingness to learn new concepts, accept accountability for job performance, posses the ability to manage time effectively, and promote compassion and understanding fo! r the residents and their needs/wants.
Promotes teamw! ork within the organization.
Must be available to work every other weekend.
Must have a valid CPR certificate and State of FL CNA license.
Must have earned a GED or high school equivalent.
