Work Location: Coral Gables Campus
The School of Nursing and Health Studies is looking for a Simulation Coordinator for our International Simulation Academy. Duties include coordinating a broad range of simulation center functions including collaborative development of scenarios with faculty and outside users, maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting operational problems, supervision and training of simulation technicians, overseeing faculty training related to the utilization of the human patient simulators and participating in training scenarios for internal and external users.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Technology or related field and two years technical experience in simulation technology and media equipment presentation, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Train! ing and experience in academic/fieldâ€"based health care prefe! rred. Prior experience working with human patient simulators. Experience working with medical/nursing. Position #045616
