Humanity Wellness in Santa Rosa, CA is looking for one cannabis retail associate (budtender) to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to every person who enters the facility
- Generate sales through customer interaction, product assistance, and suggestive selling
- Educate new clientele on the different effects of cannabis
- Prevent asset loss through proper floor awareness and inventory management
- Execute an attention to detail by performing counter transactions without errors or shortages
- Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards
- Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance
- Communicate effectively with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunities
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment
- Support the Store Management team in driving and maximizing store sales, controlling and minimizing shrinkage to achieve store goals
- Complete all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Maintain an understanding of and follow State program regulations
- Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age
- Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Drivers License
- Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States
Responsibilities
- Properly follow cash handling procedures
- Accurately maintain product inventory counts
- Follow standard security protocols
- Adapt to new technology and procedure changes
- Maintain an understanding of and follow HIPPA regulations
- Be able to stand for 5-8 hours
THE POSITION AVALIBLE IS FOR PART TIME
Pay Depends on experience, Tips with every shift.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.06/hour.
