The Position: We’re looking for a Funding Coordinator to join our team in our Federal Way, WA office. This role is responsible for pre-funding audit of all documentation required for funding. Ensuring compliance with FPL credit approval, company policies and procedures. Assists in maintaining and strengthening relationships with brokers and vendors. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Audits all documentation, invoices and pre-payments prior to funding ensuring compliance with FPL credit approval and company policies.- Accurately completes “Lease Summary Worksheet”.
- Accurately completes and documents confirm calls with lessees as required.
- Verification of the customer and business information. Reviews any discrepancies with credit underwriter.
- Ensures that the broker has qualified the vendor(s).
- Ensured OFAC has been run and in compliance with company policy.
- Reviews all lease signer(s) signature, verifies authenticity.
- Protects company from fraud.
- Facilitates on-site inspections in compliance with company policy.
- Accurately completes pre-payment worksheets for all transactions.
- Maintains worklist to ensure timely turnaround of audits and funding.
- Communicates with brokers as to status of funding.
- Processes purchase order requests from broker.
- Completes wire, ach, and check requests submitted to Accounting for release of payment to all brokers and vendors accurately.
- Maintains incomplete documentation follow-up list as well as outstanding Pre-fund and Partial fund follow- up.
- Ensures that brokers follow through on commitments to provide additional information after funding when approved by exception. Advises Manager of any transactions that may put the company at risk due to lack of follow through by brokers.
- Completes application process in Rapport in preparation for contract setup.
- Provides highest level of Customer Service to all customers, vendors, brokers and staff while demonstrating leadership and building positive relationships.
- Maintains confidentially of all company information.
- Demonstrates compliance in assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities. Takes personal initiative following all policies and procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, compliance regulations, and completes all required and job-specific training. Raises and/or addresses compliance issues for evaluation, investigation and resolution.

- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary and comprehensive benefits. The annualized range for this role is $41,912.00 - $43,680.00, and the pay rate for the successful applicant depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
