Full-time English-speaking Governess/Governor required for B9 & B13 located in California, USA. Salary $1730 per week. Start August

A welcoming family located in LA is seeking a caring, friendly and professional Governess/Governor to assist with the care, development, and education of their two boys.
As a Governess/Governor, your focus will be on assisting the boys with their education and supporting their studies at home. You will be required to meet the daily needs of the children, ensuring they are meeting their full potential, promoting independence, and assisting with their daily routines. In addition to this, you will be required to act as a PA for the boys, assist with running errands and prepare healthy meals when required.
Their eldest boy is in middle school, he is intelligent, kind, and sensitive by nature. He is interested in aviation, architecture and design, he aspires to be a pilot or architect. He has mild ADHD, which doesn’t impact his everyday activities. Their youngest is more outgoing, he is a lively character who enjoys sports, especially basketball and American football.
The ideal candidate will hold teaching qualifications and with vast experience working with children of this age. The Governess/Governor should be energetic, friendly, enthusiastic, flexible, and confident in offering educational mentorship and support. The Governess/Governor must be able to support the school curriculum and help both children to succeed. Being a dog lover and a confident driver is essential for this role.
The family travel often and you may be required to travel with them.
The working schedule is Monday – Friday from 3 pm – 8 pm, with two full Saturdays per month
This is a live-in position with a private floor provided within the family home with its own entrance.
The family has a preference for a British candidate holding dual citizenship (UK/USA).

Salary $1730 per week inclusive of benefits
