Please see the responsibilities below :
Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly sales call goals.
- Use creativity with proposals, contracts and site inspections.
- Capture new business coming to the market.
- Solicit new business.
- Create a pr/marketing/advertising plan to reach the fire, law enforcement and nurse market
- Build relationships with counterpart at the brand, bureau, comp sell hotels.
- Be familiar with pace, opportunity dates, group ceilings and rate perimeters.
- Check on in house groups.
- Participate in industry related organizations.
- Understand hotel budget and contracts.
- Complete reports, and logs.
- Become proficient with all computer systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in the discipline.
- 1-3 years experience in similar market or equivalent combination of education and experience.
