Responsibilities:
Assign/Staff field nurses to Home Health clients and Medical Facilities
Manages the recruitment process
Makes Sales Calls to assigned clients
Use critical thinking to select and assign employees based on client needs
May supervise one or more employees
Performs Client Service Specialist functions and tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, some college required.
Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service oriented capacity
Minimum of 1 year supervising others
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems
Good organizational and computer skills
Home Care and/or medical schedu! ling experience a ++
The successful candidate will have a ! solid work history with evidence of success and growth
