As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and providing updates on products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive attitude. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
