**This is a full time position that can be located at any Aetna office or can be a Work at Home opportunity.**POSITION SUMMARY
- Manages and drives progra! m-wide efforts to analyze operational trends
- Spearheads root-cause analysis of variances at program and site-specific levels
- Oversees & facilitates Action Item Log review and Detail Action Plan analysis and implementation
- Supports core meetings via meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up
- Develops & maintains standards, methodology, governance for the Operational Results Management Program
- Supports program Directors in managing day-to-day operational results management activities
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Nursing/Registered Nurse is required
Project Management/Six Sigma Certification: Black Belt is required
Project Management/Lean Six Sigma is required
